Frozen Meals

Cauliflower & Red Pepper Curry – in blue bag

From Frozen, place it in boiling water for 10 – 15 minutes. Decant into serving dish ready to serve. Ensure product is thoroughly heated before serving.

Chilli Con Carne – 350g in tray

For best results cook from frozen.

Oven – Pre-heated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for approximately 25-30 minutes. Remove the film lid after approximately 15 minutes.

Microwave – (based on 750W) Pierce film lid and cook for approximately 3 minutes on full power, rest for 1 minute, and cook for a further 2 to 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before
serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Chicken Tikka Masala – in blue bag

From Frozen, place it in boiling water for 10 – 15 minutes. Decant into serving dish ready to serve. Ensure product is thoroughly heated before serving.

Vegetable Lasagne Verdi – 350g in tray

For best results oven cook from frozen.

Oven – Pre-heated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Pierce film several times, place dish on a baking tray. Cook for 20 minutes on the middle shelf. Remove the film and cook for a further 20-25 minutes.

Microwave – (based on 950W) Pierce film lid and cook for approximately 8 minutes on full power. Optional: place under a preheated grill to brown the top. Allow to stand for 1 minute before
serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Standard Pies

Standard Pies – (Minced beef, cheese & onion, soya, chilli minced beef) – 25-30 mins

Partially defrost the frozen pies for 30 minutes if possible.

Wet the pie tops with water or milk.

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400ºF Gas mark 7. Place pies on a baking tray near the top of the oven. Bake for
15 minutes then check that the pies are browning slightly. Bake for a further 10-15 minutes until golden
brown and have slightly risen from the dishes. Allow the pie to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Deep fill pies

Deep fill pies (Steak, Chicken, Lamb varieties, Vegetable) – 40-45 mins

Partially defrost the frozen pies for 30 minutes if possible.

Wet the pie tops with water or milk.

Pre-heat the oven to 190°C/375ºF Gas mark 6. Place pies on a baking tray near the top of the oven. Bake for
20 minutes then check that the pies are browning slightly. Bake for a further 20-25 minutes until they are
golden brown and have slightly risen from the dishes. Allow the pie to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Sausage Rolls

(Bake from frozen) – 25-30 mins

Brush the rolls with milk or water. Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 190°C / 375°C, Gas mark 6 for approximately 25/30 minutes until they are golden brown and have risen. Allow the product to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Pasties

(Bake from frozen) – 30-35 mins

Brush the pasties with milk or water. Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 190°C / 375°C, Gas mark 6 for approximately 30-35 minutes until they are golden brown and have risen. Allow the product to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Korkers sausages

(Cook from frozen) – From 20 mins

For best results cook from frozen. Grill sausages for approx. 20 mins, turning frequently until fully cooked.
Alternatively, shallow fry or oven bake. This is a raw product, cook until piping hot.

Fruit Pies

(Bake from frozen) – 20 mins

Place on a baking tray near the top of a pre-heated oven at 190°C/375ºF Gas mark 6 and bake for 20 minutes. Check the pies to see if they are golden brown on top and have slightly risen from their dishes and bake for a further few minutes if needed.

Remove from the oven and liberally sprinkle the pie tops with caster sugar. Allow the pie to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Fruit Crumbles

(Microwave from frozen) – 2½ mins (900 watt)

Place the fruit crumble on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minute 30 seconds ensuring the crumble is piping hot. Using a large spoon carefully ease the crumble out of the container making sure to keep the crumble topping on top of the fruit filling.

Microwave according to the printed instructions on the sleeve.
